| The Presbyterian
Churches of Fort Wayne have partnered with Allen County Habitat
Humanity and made the commitment to build a Habitat House in
September / October 2005. This will be part of a building
project with the 5 congregations to help renew a neighborhood. The
cost of building a Habitat Home is $50,000.
The 5 Presbyterian Churches first
need to raise this money or raise in-kind gifts (painting,
carpeting, cabinetry, electrical work, etc) that will count toward
the overall total.

Once the funds are raised the real
work of finding carpenters, plumbers, roofers, "drywallers",
gardeners, folks who have a hammer, saw, level, etc and are willing
to donate some time. Target (not final) dates - Start between
9/7/05 & 10/19/05 ~ Finish 10/8/05 & 11/19/05. |

is $5.00.
